 customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that do not meet these conditions or are returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as promotional products or sale items, may be ineligible for returns. Additionally, any item that is damaged or altered after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify that you would like an exchange. We will assist you in selecting a replacement product if needed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference, and all costs associated with the return of defective items will be covered by Bu-Turab.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after confirming with your bank, please contact us for assistance.
